JOB DESCRIPTION : Job Summary We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented PTP Officer - Bank Platforms to join our Global Finance Services (GFS) team. In this role, you'll focus on managing chargebacks, overpayments, and supplier-related reconciliations. You'll communicate directly with banks and suppliers—mostly in writing—and help resolve disputes efficiently and professionally. Job Responsibilities Service Delivery & Chargeback Management- Handle chargeback requests and ensure timely responses to banks Manage overpayments and support recovery processes with suppliers Verify suspicious or compromised activities flagged by banks Reconciliation & Analysis- Analyze and reconcile open items related to GVCC suppliers in SAP Ensure accurate reflection of VCC transactions across HBX systems Communication & Collaboration- Escalate unresolved issues to internal stakeholders or external platforms Support internal and external audits with documentation and insights Process Improvement & Compliance- Follow established procedures and contribute to process enhancements Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies Required Skills Strong written communication and interpersonal skills Analytical mindset with attention to detail Proactive, solution-oriented attitude Conversational English Intermediate MS Excel and SAP skills (desirable) Required Qualifications and Experience Background in accounting or finance Experience in management accounting or financial operations Previous exposure to the travel industry is a plus Ability to build relationships and collaborate across teams If you're a motivated professional who enjoys working with data, solving problems, and communicating with clarity—we'd love to hear from you.
