**About the Role**We're looking for a Marketing Associate to drive the execution of world-class integrated marketing plans and campaigns plus deliver brand impact and growth for Uber.You will report to the Group Marketing Manager and work with cross-functional partners to create the future of the brand for one of our key audience: riders.This is a unique opportunity to join an exceptional team in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.- End to end project management for mid size Riders focused initiatives, aimed at strengthening brand affinity with our main target;- Deeply and constantly collaborate with cross functional teams (Ops and Comms amongst the key ones) to align marketing initiatives to business needs;- Support the team working on Core demand for Uber Mobility with the objective to regain category superior differentiation and consumers favorability;- Based on Uber's global marketing strategy, adapt, localize, and/or amplify initiatives to align with our regional strategy, taking into account local specifics and culture- Help in identifying local marketing opportunities aligned with business priorities (major events, partnerships, seasonal moments, etc) and deliver marketing initiatives against them**Basic Qualifications**- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or similar, and a demonstrated ability in quantitative fields- Minimum 4+ years in consumer marketing or related experience with a successful record of delivering work with measurable business results on time and on budget.- Fluency in English and Spanish- Curiosity and creativity You're full of fresh ideas to generate user growth and promote the brand- Bias for action and proactive approach to problem solving- Structured and fast paced thinker, with strong executional excellence skills and attention to detail- Good written communication skills- A strong customer-centric mindset - you are always thinking about how our customers interact with the brand**Bonus Point**- Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment- Experience working with Global CPG, Retail, or Tech brands.
