**Company Description**SEGULA TECHNOLOGIES is hiring a **Junior Recruitment Sourcer **to join our remote growing team.We offer a competitive salary and opportunity to growth.**Talent Sourcing**:- Leverage advanced search techniques (Boolean search, LinkedIn, etc.) to uncover passive talent.- Proactively build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future aerospace positions.- Conduct initial reach out to assess skills, qualifications, and cultural fit for aerospace roles.**Collaboration with Hiring Managers**:- Provide market insights on talent availability, salary expectations, and industry trends.**Qualifications** Qualifications**:- ** Education**:- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.- ** Experience**:- Previous experience in sourcing or recruiting, ideally in the aerospace, engineering, or manufacturing sectors.- Familiarity with aerospace-specific roles such as aerospace engineers, avionics specialists, production technicians, and other related technical positions.- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software- Strong proficiency in online sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, job boards, social media, etc.).- ** English is a must for the position.****Additional Information
