Sourcing exceptional talent through creative, data-driven outreach Managing full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to offer Driving exceptional candidate experience throughout Building and iterating on our hiring processes to scale with speed and quality Championing diversity, equity, and inclusion in all hiring efforts Leveraging ATS and recruitment analytics to optimize funnels and reporting.
