Our Manufacturing Excellence team help us improve the efficiency, quality and safety of our manufacturing operations, and our Logistics Excellence team develop new and innovative ways to distribute our products to customers.**About the role**:Coordinate transportation or warehouse operations (inbound, outbound, warehouse and maquila), of finished and semi-finished products, in order to maintain continuity in the flow of materials from the plants of origin, to and from maquiladoras, serving end customers, internal clients and grantees, meeting security criteria (audits), quality (GAP's and BPD's), service (PFR2) and cost (domestic FI, FO and WH units), Truck Fill Rate (TFR), adjustment of inventory and write offs within policy.**Your responsibilities**:- Direct compliance with security and control policies to maintain the integrity of people (employees and externals), in the operations under their charge (PT and national maquila) evaluated by the results of internal and external audits.- Define operational strategies for inbound, outbound and warehousing, which guarantee the continuity of services (PT and national maquila), evaluating the indicators of pallets per shift (inbound), boxes per shift (outbound), returns (% in value and boxes), TFR, OTD.- Comply with the PFR2 service objectives considering the % impact due to causes logistics (warehouse and transportation).- Comply with the cost per box objectives defined in the Plan and/or Forecast for the FI, FO and WH logistics processes.- Compliance with monthly billing plans**The experience we're looking for**:Excellent organizational and leadership skills, effective communication, teamwork, team management time and attention to detail.Management of storage and distribution operations national through logistics operators; process customer service in self-service channels, wholesale, pharma, e-commerce, etc.; experience in contractual negotiations with suppliers logistics services (storage, maquilas, transportation, materials, etc.); shipping experience export.Implementation OTM and SAP**The skills for success**:Supply Chain Management, Relationship Management, Business Accumen, Advanced Analytics, Data Analytics, Improve business processes, Advanced Analytics, Data Analytics, Distribution Logistics, Logistics Management, Management Third-party Logistics Providers, Supply Chain Planning, Supply Management, Procurement.**What we offer**:With inclusion at the heart of everything we do, working alongside our four global Employee Resource Groups, we support our people at every step of their career journey, helping them to succeed in their own individual way.
