Our client is a leading international strategy consulting firm that advises established companies, high-growth businesses, and investors on their most important decisions. With a global presence and a strong team in Mexico City, the firm helps clients design and execute strategies that drive growth, transformation, and value creation.
Responsibilities- Lead the day-to-day activities of one or more workstreams and oversee strategic and financial analyses on high-impact projects.
- Manage analysts and consultants while coordinating cross-functional, multidisciplinary teams.
- Conduct market sizing, develop business models, and perform rigorous quantitative analyses.
- Design analytical frameworks and strategies that break down complex business problems into clear, actionable components.
- Conduct primary and secondary research, including surveys, market analyses, and consultations with industry experts.
- Lead the preparation of executive deliverables and present findings and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
- Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for clients, managing expectations and proposing innovative solutions.
- Support business development initiatives and strengthen existing client relationships.
- Contribute to firm initiatives, including recruiting, mentorship, diversity and inclusion, knowledge development, and community engagement.
- Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent graduate qualification.
- 5+ years of experience in strategy consulting or equivalent analytical roles.
- Proven experience in M&A, financial modeling, market analysis, and business plan development.
- Full professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills, advanced proficiency in Excel and Power Point, and working knowledge of Tableau.
- Strong ability to communicate complex concepts in a clear, structured manner.
- Proven leadership, delegation, and talent development capabilities.
- High attention to detail with a results-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to travel based on project requirements.
