Internal Audit Specialist

**Description**:The main objective of this role is to play a key role in evaluating and improving the effectiveness, efficiency, and compliance of internal controls, processes, and operations. This involves conducting audits of calls with client interactions, analyzing data, and identifying opportunity areas to ensure the quality and effectiveness of all client experiences from Intake to case closure according to TLG guidelines and values.**Qualifications**:- Required bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or related field.- Bilingual (English - Spanish).- 1-2 years of experience in internal auditing, quality assurance, or call center operations.- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and coworkers.- Knowledge of call center technologies, quality monitoring tools, and customer relationship management systems.- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.- Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.- Team-oriented attitude.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $13,000.00 - $14,000.00 al mesBeneficios:- Vales de despensaPago complementario:- Bono trimestralTipo de jornada:- Turno de 8 horasLugar de trabajo: remoto híbrido en 66260,.
