Si cuentas con experiência liderando el desarrollo de base de datos te estámos buscando, únete al equipo de una de las empresas de supermercado más importantes del país.Funciones a Realizar:- Diseñar, desarrollar y mantener pipelines de datos escalables en Azure Data Factory.- Implementar procesos ETL/ELT para integrar múltiples fuentes de datos.- Procesar grandes volúmenes de información utilizando Azure Databricks y PySpark.- Optimizar consultas SQL y estructuras en Snowflake para mejorar el rendimiento.- Garantizar el cumplimiento de estándares de gobierno y seguridad de datos.- Analizar y optimizar costos de infraestructura en Azure.- Documentar arquitecturas, flujos de datos y soluciones técnicas.- Participar en revisiones de código y aportación de mejoras continuas.- Brindar soporte y mentoría a ingenieros junior.- Colaborar con equipos de negocio y analítica para entender requerimientos.Requisitos técnicos- Experiência como Data Engineer o roles afines.- Azure Data Factory para orquestación de pipelines de datos.- Azure Databricks para procesamiento y análisis a gran escala.- Desarrollo de procesos ETL / ELT.- Advanced SQL para modelado y optimización de consultas.- Python y PySpark para procesamiento de datos.- Experiência con Snowflake como data warehouse.- Implementación de buenas prácticas de data governance y seguridad.- Optimización de recursos de almacenamiento y cómputo en Azure.- Documentación técnica de procesos, flujos y diseños de datos.- Participación en code reviews y mentoría técnica.Soft Skills- Pensamiento analítico y orientación a la resolución de problemas.- Comunicación clara y efectiva.- Capacidad de trabajo en equipo multidisciplinario.- Proactividad y enfoque en mejora continua.- Organización y gestión del tiempo.- Adaptabilidad al cambio tecnológico.- Atención al detalle y enfoque en calidad.- Habilidades de mentoring y liderazgo técnico.Ofrecemos:- Ambiente innovador con proyectos de alto impacto.- Plan de carrera y crecimiento profesional.- Capacitación continua en tecnologías cloud y big data.- Prestaciones competitivas y esquema flexible.Ubicación: Presencial en Avenida Empresarios 135 Piso 2 Puerta de Hierro45116 Zapopan, Jalisco, MéxicoTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $85,000.00 - $90,000.00 al mesBeneficios:- Seguro de gastos médicos mayoresLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
