Talent Acquisition Specialist TI - México Fintech/SaaS/Payments/Startup Ingeniero de Infraestructura de TI: Responsable de gestionar y mantener entornos críticos de TI, incluyendo Salas de Cómputo y la infraestructura asociada. Este puesto requiere una sólida experiencia técnica, habilidades de gestión de proyectos y la capacidad de colaborar con equipos globales y remotos. El candidato ideal garantizará la Excelencia Operativa, el cumplimiento de los procesos ITIL y apoyará el ciclo de vida de las herramientas de TI y la documentación correspondiente. Se parte de la gran familia Stefanini México Responsabilidades y atribuciones: Gestión de Proyectos: Planificar, ejecutar y monitorear proyectos de infraestructura de TI, asegurando la entrega oportuna y el cumplimiento del alcance. Documentación del Ciclo de Vida: Mantener documentación precisa y actualizada de los sistemas y la infraestructura de TI a lo largo de su ciclo de vida. Gestión de Salas de Cómputo: Supervisar el cableado, sistemas HVAC, UPS, servidores y componentes relacionados para asegurar un rendimiento óptimo. Gestión de Servicios: Aplicar procesos ITIL (Gestión de Incidentes, Cambios, Problemas y Configuración) utilizando ServiceNow. Infraestructura de TI: Mantener la infraestructura de Backoffice, como servidores físicos, almacenamiento (SAN y NAS), respaldos, VMware, servidores con sistemas operativos Windows y Linux, asegurando su operación y cumplimiento normativo. Herramientas de Colaboración: Utilizar herramientas de Microsoft M365 (SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Planner, etc.) para una colaboración efectiva. Trabajar con proveedores externos para la adquisición de hardware, software y la entrega de servicios. Interacción con Equipos Globales: Colaborar con equipos remotos e internacionales para alinear estándares y entregables. Soporte y Mejora Continua: Proporcionar soporte técnico de primer y segundo nivel y participar en iniciativas de mejora continua para optimizar la infraestructura. Requisitos y competencias: Deseable experiencia en gestión de proyectos a través de metodologías Agiles Conocimiento del ciclo de vida de la infraestructura de TI y estándares de documentación. Experiencia en la gestión de salas de cómputo (cableado, HVAC, UPS, servidores). Comprensión general de bases de datos, almacenamiento SAN y virtualización VMware (servidores Linux y Windows). Conocimiento deseable en el uso de herramientas para la gestión de Tickets (ServiceNow, etc). Capacidad para trabajar en entornos Microsoft M365. Informaciones adicionales: Experiencia trabajando con proveedores externos. Experiencia en la industria farmacéutica. Fuertes habilidades de comunicación y trabajo en equipo y liderazgo. Licenciatura en Tecnologías de la Información, Ciencias de la Computación o campo relacionado. Certificaciones relevantes (por ejemplo, ITIL Foundation, VMware, Gestión de Proyectos) son un plus.
