Become a maker of possible with usSupporting the department in different business-related tasks:- Assign necessary resources depending on service requirements.- Observe proper compliance with operative procedures applicable to the position and to the subordinates.- Report and follow up the receiving issues.- Elaborate inventory daily reports of trailers in the plant.- Coordinate trailer movements with raw material.- Coordinate receiving, storage, and timely delivery of raw material samples.- Coordinate material delivery between companies (Intercompany).- Solve discrepancies in the conditions of material containers and labeling.- Provide support to Accounting in Payable Accounts due to discrepancies in raw material invoicing.- Keep the area of responsibility clean and orderly (5Ss).- Propose and follow up opportunities to improve the area.- Oversee proper management of Kanban receipts and delivery.- Coordinate RTV shipment preparation and MDN’s disposition.- Participate in research and settlement of inventory discrepancies arising in cycle counts.- Promptly attend to receiving and delivery of urgent material.- Maintain constant communication with customers to improve quality service.- Respond to customer complaints according to Incidence Reports.- Periodically review that the training of personnel under charge is updated and according to procedures.- Attend maintenance requirements of the Document Retention Area.- Report and follow up breakdown issues of material handling equipment.- Oversee the Recycling area operation assigning resources for the different activities.- Coordinate preparation and information delivery to the Traffic area of material outlet for sale from the recycling area.- Participate in department and company regular meetings.- High School level preferably, bachelor’s degree desirable.- Inventory Control experience or Warehouse preferably.- Computer Skills.- 1 year as Supervisor preferably.- Goals achievement and results.- Personnel management.- Teamwork Oriented.- Communication between mates and subordinates.- Implementing and monitoring Lean tools.- Basic Statistical Tools Knowledge.“BD values equity in the workplace without discrimination for any disability, class, ethnicity, age, religion, gender identity or sexual orientation.”**Required Skills**:Optional SkillsPrimary Work LocationMEX Nogales South - Parque Industrial El CidAdditional LocationsWork Shift
