**What you will do?**:**This position supervises staff, plan and approve production schedules, budgets, design, development, and validation of new equipment and manufacturing processes, develops/releases successful projects and manufacturing methods, and maximizes efficiency by analyzing layout of equipment, workflow, assembly methods and work force utilization.**:**How you will do it?**:- ** Using Microsoft Project, develops program plans, schedules, build plans, resource allocation plans, and budgets.**:- ** Monitoring program progress by conducting regular status review meetings and ad-hoc discussions with program support personnel.**:- ** Working with supporting groups to prevent or resolve issues and ensure that program goals are met. Provide program planning, and coordination for production, pilot build and qualification, and production ramp start.**:- ** Responsible for researching and implementing the use of advanced technology in manufacturing operations.**:- ** Leads the development and/or improvement of manufacturing processes.**:- ** Specifies quote, purchase and runoff capital equipment, tooling, and systems required for automated manufacturing.**:- ** Manage Manufacture Engineers and automation engineers through the preparation of detailed project process plans with estimated project task hours, costs, and timelines for development and production launch.**:- ** Direct and coordinate engineering resources to complete tasks and projects on time, and on budget.**:- ** Oversee the research and development of new manufacturing equipment / software, processes, policies, standard operating procedures, and work instructions.**:- ** Improve manufacturing processes through review of all engineering deliverables for technical accuracy and adherence to engineering standards and project schedules.**:**What are we looking for?**:- ** Bachelor's Degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical, or related Engineering field.**:- ** 5+ years total experience.**:- ** Experience implementing manufacturing automation systems.**:- ** Computer proficient; confident with data analysis programs.**:- ** Strong Program Management skills.**:- ** Six Sigma tools for operational excellence.**:- ** Bilingual (Proficient in English and Spanish).**:***Knowledge of the following is desired**:- ** PCBA or Mechanical assembly and test methodologies**:- ** Materials supply management and logistics**:- ** MS Project, MS Office and Visio.**:
