A LEADING COMPANY WITH STRATEGIC ALLIANCES IN ADVANCED MANUFACTURING IS OPENING A NEW FACILITY****Solicita**:**MANUFACTURING ENGINEERING MANAGER****Descripción y Requisitos****PRIMARY FUNCTION**:- Directs all manufacturing engineering activities. Defines the amount of area, machinery and equipment, as well as human resources required for the manufacture of all products. It is responsible for the documentation of the manufacturing system, product quality and layout of all manufacturing Plants. Manages the utilization and capacities of machinery and equipment across all manufacturing Plants to achieve maximum efficiency and meets performance targets.- **PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Ensures that product specifications are maintained throughout the life cycle of the product after its release.- Responsible for keeping the documents and procedures for production updated, verifying that they comply with the ISO9000 standard.- Owner and responsible for cost savings of manufacturing operations.- Responsible for calculating the use of machinary and equipment.- Responsible for the administration of the layout of the Plants.- Responsible of the correct administration of the manufacturing versions and hours/1000 of the products in SAP.- Develop strategic plan for continuous improvement.- Leads all kaizen events under priority scenario.- Provides orientation and preparation to Manufacturing Engineers.- Implements meaningful and objective data collection to present to management to prioritize continuous improvement cost reduction project/activities. Uses quality, lean, six sigma methods, skill sets, and work experience to lead change. You must be a change agent.- Ability to lead, work independently and in cross-functional teams throughout the organization to achieve deliverables.- Develop process improvement that are measurable and have a positive impact on the company's overall quality strategy, objectives, and goals.- Able to identify process waste and provide solutions.- Implements new manufacturing concepts or techniques to improve quality and/or cost-lowering capabilities.- Responsible for the quality of manufactured products.- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field or 8-10 years of experience in the área- 5-7 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering, Product Engineering, Industrial Engineering or in Management positions in these areas.- Material Control (MRP) and quality.- Experience implementing world class manufacturing methodologies- Advanced knowledge of software such as MS Office, CAD, Autocad, Pass, Dynalab, Minitab, SolidWorks and SAP- English proficientPuesto: Ingeniero**Información Adicional**- Tipo de contrato: Permanente- Salario: Negociable- Pais: MEXICO- Estado o Region: Chihuahua- Ciudad: Ciudad Juarez
