Cisco Engineer Enteracloud • Monterrey, Nuevo León, México Descripción del trabajo Requirements Knowledge of the OSI model Strong experience in F5 AFM AFM F5 environment experience 5+ years of F5 experience GLB, ASM, AFM, etc. Cisco Wireless/Switches/Routers/Firewalls Experience with functions of devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, wireless access points, VOIP phones and servers Experience with layer 2 switching concepts/technologies: MAC addresses, VLANs, Trunks, STP Experience with IP addressing, subnetting and ARP Knowledge of routing protocols such as: OSPF, EIGRP, BGP Knowledge of remote-access protocols: SSH, Telnet Knowledge of AAA protocols: TACACS+ and RADIUS Knowledge of network discovery protocols: SNMP, Netflow, CDP and LLDP Knowledge of Access Control Lists (ACLs) Experience with common network troubleshooting tools such as ping, traceroute, nslookup Experience with of Quality-of-Service (QoS) Knowledge of VPNs: Remote-Access and Site-to-Site Troubleshooting tools for packet capture Wireshark/Netflow/etc. Knowledge of copper and fiber transport medias and their associated standards Scripting experience with focus on automation (PowerShell (and/or other MS scripting languages) Experience leveraging PowerShell to automate tasks CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Administrator) CCNP (Cisco Certified Network Professional) CCVP (Cisco Certified Voice Professional), Scripting Powershell/Python/BASH SD-WAN, Cisco ACI, Cisco Nexus Switches, Cisco Wireless, F5 Load-Balancers, Cisco ASA, Bluecoat, ClearPass Policy Manager, Cisco ISE, Netscout, SolarWinds, Wireshark Nice to have Scripting experience with focus on automation (PowerShell (and/or other MS scripting languages) Experience leveraging PowerShell to automate tasks CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Administrator) CCNP (Cisco Certified Network Professional) CCVP (Cisco Certified Voice Professional), Scripting Powershell/Python/BASH SD-WAN, Cisco ACI, Cisco Nexus Switches, Cisco Wireless, F5 Load-Balancers, Cisco ASA, Bluecoat, ClearPass Policy Manager, Cisco ISE, Netscout, SolarWinds, Wireshark Responsibilities Backup and replication technologies Background in file permissions in DFS Creation of documentation and training of additional support personnel Troubleshooting Client Health Issues Operating System Deployments and images Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems including Server ****R******R2, Microsoft SQL Experience using service now ticketing system Backup and replication technologies Background in file permissions in DFS Perform 3rd level support, identifying root cause with strategic solutions to problems. Experience in Handling Tickets and Supporting Production Issues. Understand client work practices and the nature of their business Ability to work independently on Enterprise sized projects with mínimal supervision. Performs day-to-day administration of the network and telephony infrastructure. Escalates to senior administrators and engineers Resolves LAN and WAN issues at datacenters an remote locations Configures routers, switches, firewalls, load-balancers, wireless access points, SD-WAN appliances in break/fix and new deployment scenarios Coordinates installations of new equipment with local site contacts Upgrades software on routers, switches, SD-WAN appliances Performs moves-adds-changes for VoIP locations Under supervision, evaluates solutions to support the networking needs of business initiatives Audits and documents the network infrastructure to ensure adherence to company standards Works a ticket queue to ensure issues are being resolved in a timely fashion Qualify, troubleshoot, and verify vendor claims regarding new routing, switching, and security hardware and software in preparation for deployment in our production environment Works with vendors to ensure cabling/equipment installations are completed per business requirements Participates in a rotating on-call schedule Salary: $25,****** - $35,****** per month #J-18808-Ljbffr
