Descripción y detalle de las actividades- Coordinate all required Imports; this includes activities from collecting material with suppliers, preparing documentation, sending the required information to the Traffic and Customs department - Responsible for Customs Inventory Control. - Maintain accurate records of all import and export transactions, including customs and transportation documentation. - Coordinate all Finished Product Exports; this includes preparing BOM's, Packing Lists, Transportation. - Coordinate and call for tender for the quotation and assignment of freight for the delivery of the finished product to customers in general. - Follow up on shipments in transit. - Research and obtain relevant information from the delivery site (weight restrictions and dimensions of cots, receiving schedules, special unloading equipment, etc.). - Ability to coordinate multiple projects, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved. - Collaborate with warehouse team to ensure adequate supply of raw materials and finished goods. - Participate in internal and external audits to ensure compliance with regulations and quality standards.Experiência y requisitos- Bachelor's degree in business or related field -3 years experience in Logistics -100 % bilingual Spanish / English**Número de vacantes** 1**Área** Logística/Transporte**Contrato** Permanente**Modalidad** Presencial**Turno** Diurno**Jornada** Tiempo Completo**Estudios** Carrera Profesional**Inglés **Hablado: 100%, Escrito: 100%**Sexo** Indistinto**Disponibilidad p. viajar** No
