To retain and develop top talent, we foster a work environment that celebrates creativity, encourages skill development, and enables multidisciplinary collaboration.**Responsibilities**:- Investigate and optimize service performance and scalability.- Understand business requirements and provide engineering estimates.- Collaborate with other developers and quality assurance engineers to deliver high quality products.- Communicate status and identify project risks.**Education**:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering or related fields.- Master´s Degree is a plusQualifications:- Bachelor´s degree in Engineering or related fields.
