Are you ready to grow with us?Manage department operations such as planning, scheduling, warehouse, customer service to ensure the flow of resources from the acquisition of supplies to the delivery of the finished product to customers. Applies to plant 1 assembly and plant 2 rolls.- ** Your Main Tasks and Responsibilities Are**:- Be responsible for the satisfaction of the external and internal customer.- Be responsible for weekly production planning and customer deliveries.- Report core KPIs monthly; customer disruption, customer OTIF, Supplier OTIF, premium freight, total freight and ICR. Be responsible for establishing all inventories, material flows and supporting production (inventory returns, accuracy, obsolete etc).- Ensure the administration of the client portals (GM, Ford, VW and Daimler) to follow up on material orders and the specific requirements of each one.- Be responsible for compliance and ensure that the activities are carried out in accordance with the Global Supply Chain manual, as well as the procedures carried out for the use of ERP (Enterprise Resources Planning).- Be responsible for the activities of receipt, supply, shipment and its accuracy in Infor.- Be responsible for the control of engineering changes in the logistics part to comply with the implementation schedule, as well as avoid obsolete.- Coordinate the physical inventories of the plant together with the plant controller.- Provide support to direct purchasing and supplier quality positions with logístical information as applicable.- Be responsible for managing warehouses, taking care of the safety of employees and the plant.- Be responsible for budget control of the areas in charge.- Monitor the consumption of materials to eliminate negatives from the system by approving or rejecting said adjustments.- Be responsible for the activities necessary to enforce C-TPAT good practices.- Reinforce and enforce the use of the QRCM tool for solving problems in the supply chain area that affects the production of both plants.- Compliance with information security requirements (Confidentiality, Integrity, Availability)**What can you expect from us?**- Savings Fund.- Food Coupons.- Medical Insurance.- Life Insurance.Our Core Values are** **One Inalfa, Ownership, Ambition and Progress.****WE ARE IN IT TO WIN IT****Location**: Irapuato Assembly**Time Type**: Full time**Contact Person**: Stephanie Ferreiro Calderon
