Ensure that tooling and work holding are always available for production.**What You’ll Be Doing**- Read and understand part prints for dimensions, tolerances and other product specification needed for machining operations.- Preparation of Tooling using SMED or related methodology.- Attend customer complaints and implement corrective action.- Contribute with tooling/fixtures developing for new products.- Support the training in order to develop technicians as required.**What We're Looking For**- Technician in Electromechanical or Mechatronic- 2 years of experience as tooling technician or related- Wide knowledge in cutting tools, cutting conditions and clamping/fixtures- CAD and G&T knowledge- Material properties and implications in the industry**What You'll Get from Us**- We promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities.- You’ll have flexibility, autonomy, and support to do your best work while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
