Our entrepreneurial teams are empowered to innovate, act nimbly, and create a lasting and sustainable impact for our clients, their customers, and the communities in which we live.With us, you’ll create a boundless impact that transforms your career—and the lives of people across the world.**_You Are: _**We are looking for someone who have very good experience with analytical tools supporting data analysis and reporting (5 - 8 years).**_The Opportunity _**_: _- Format query results in various ways including Tableau, Excel Design, developing- Maintaining ongoing metrics, reports, analysis and dashboards, identifying KPIs to drive key business decisions.- Share options for high-quality visuals for the requirements of new / enhancement of operational reports/dashboards.**_What you need _**:**Skills and Experience**:- 6+ years of Subject matter expertise data and Visualization tools are a must.- Ability to tell stories with data, educate effectively, and instil confidence, motivating stakeholders to act on recommendations.- Excellent problem-solving skills and end to end quantitative thinking.- Good communications skills with both technical and non-technical colleagues.- Experience with Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or another reporting solution.- Very good experience with analytical tools supporting data analysis and reporting (5 - 8 years)**Preferred qualifications**:- Tableau (Primary) SQL/Hadoop (Primary) Power BI or other visualization tools (Good to have)**_What we believe _**_: _- We’re proud to embrace the same values that have shaped UST since the beginning.
