As an BUSINESS ANALYST EXPERT, you will be part of the Business/Function Consulting track within the IT function and you will collaborate with business units or functional groups to clarify and communicate business requirements, assuring products and services are aligned with business needs. They become business or function specialist, can be technology generalists or specialists, providing an array of services such as business process improvement, priority-setting facilitation, project definition or design, and broker IT and contract services.**Key Responsibilities**- You will be performing work within the Business Analyst track.- Express and share ideas and risks both verbally and written, in a positive and effective manner to their supervisor and team members.- Understanding of how IT effects an organization and ability to link it to redesigned business processes- Leads process change or policy change.- Technical skills to support user requests independently with standard tools if available- Ability to rapidly assimilate assigned business area's products and processes.**Qualifications**- At least 7 years of experience of Business Analysis or related- English intermediate to proficient- Proven experience with WMS Manhattan SCALE (process design and configuration)- Track record of participation on IT project teams- Ability to optimally participate in or potentially lead teams- Ability to handle and act as an effective fast paced team member, problem solving**ABOUT US**:**PPG: WE PROTECT AND BEAUTIFY THE WORLD****The PPG Way**Every single day at PPG:**We partner with customers to create mutual value.**We are insightful, dedicated and proactive.
