Fecha de publicación: 29 Noviembre 2024We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced **Senior Data Analyst** with over 8 years of hands-on experience to join our dynamic team.- Lugar:- On Site (Aguascalientes)- Skills:- Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, and/or SAS.- Strong experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker).- Expertise in data manipulation, transformation, and integration using tools such as Excel, SQL, and ETL platforms.- Experience in statistical modeling, machine learning, and predictive analytics.- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud) and big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is a plus.- **English level: Advanced**- Actividades:**Data Collection & Management**:- Gather, clean, and structure large datasets from multiple internal and external sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness.- Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) tasks to integrate data into analytical systems.- Maintain and optimize data pipelines and ensure high-quality data is available for analysis.**Data Analysis & Interpretation**:- Analyze complex datasets to extract actionable insights, trends, and patterns that will influence business strategies and decisions.- Utilize advanced statistical techniques (e.g., regression analysis, clustering, time series analysis) to derive meaningful insights.- Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and dashboards for senior management and cross-functional teams.**Business Intelligence & Reporting**:- Design and develop dynamic dashboards, reports, and visualizations using BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).- Provide timely and actionable reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.- Proactively identify opportunities for automation and improvement in reporting and analysis processes.**Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement**:- Work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and senior management to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven insights.- Lead and mentor junior analysts, providing guidance on analytical techniques, tools, and methodologies.- Present findings to non-technical stakeholders, explaining complex data in an accessible manner.**Advanced Analytics & Predictive Modeling**:- Build and implement predictive models to forecast trends, customer behavior, and business outcomes.- Contribute to the development of data-driven business strategies by providing advanced analytical insights.- Deseable:- Beneficios:- 100% nómina- Vales de despensa- Fondo de Ahorro- Aguinaldo de 15 días- 15 días de vacaciones- Prima Vacacional dl 25%- 5 días flotantes- Seguro de Gastos Médicos Mayores y Menores- Seguro de Vida- PTU- Capacitación- Bono Anual de Desempeño
