LLM Fair Trade Inc., an innovative company based in New York, is seeking a highly motivated Influencer Marketing Manager/Director to join our passionate and hands-on team. As the Influencer Marketing Manager/Director, you will be responsible for growing our e-commerce presence on TikTok, Instagram, and other emerging sales platforms. Reporting directly to the C-suite, you will play a crucial role in driving impact across the company.**Responsibilities**:- Source and onboard influencers to promote our e-commerce brands- Coordinate with the Creative Art Director to develop content materials for social media- Proofread and improve content requests- Provide excellent customer service to influencers- Pay meticulous attention to detail and meet deadlines- Work independently without supervision- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure timely completion of deliverables**Requirements**:- 5+ years of experience in eCommerce marketing- Proficiency in TikTok and influencer marketing- Experience driving sales on platforms like Amazon- Strong relationship-building and influencing skills- Proficiency in Google Analytics, TikTok influencer marketplace, and Microsoft Office**We offer an exciting benefits package**:- 12 unpaid Time Off a year- 8 chosen paid holidays (based on country) upon onboarding- 5 sick days, with a medical certificate required for consecutive sick days- 100% remote work- Monday to Friday schedule, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Eastern Time, with weekends off- A monthly rate of $1000-$1200 with structured bonus upon discussionJoin our team and be part of an exciting opportunity with W4 Management, where your expertise and dedication will contribute to our continued success.**Job Types**: Full-time, PermanentPay: $17,297.00 - $20,757.00 per month**Experience**:- Influencer Outreach: 2 years (required)**Language**:- English (required)
