Creamos medicamentos innovadores y priorizamos nuestro trabajo basado en expandir nuestros conocimientos sobre las enfermedades y desarrollar nuevos productos.- Nos enfocamos en atender las necesidades del público en general, instituciones y profesionales de la salud para ofrecerles soluciones acorde a los retos actuales en México y el mundo.- Tus responsabilidades incluyen, pero no se limitan a- Supervisar y Optimizar el cumplimiento del nível de servicio de las 3 unidades de negocio (Entrega de pedidos a clientes), mediante la verificación y el control de los procesos operativos de Almacenaje y Distribución, manteniendo el presupuesto dentro de objetivo, con análisis de varianzas.- Diseñar e implementar las mejores prácticas en Almacenaje y Distribución para monitorear el desempeño de los terceros, asegurando el cumplimiento de los principales Indicadores de Servicio (KPI´s).- Diseñar e implementar proyectos de ahorro en Almacenaje y Distribución en base a las sinergias entre las tres unidades de negocio.- Actuar proactivamente para cumplir las expectativas y satisfacer las necesidades de sus clientes internos, mediante el establecimiento de buenas relaciones logrando, su confianza y respeto.- Garantizar el cumplimiento a las Buenas Prácticas de Almacenaje (BPA) y Buenas Prácticas de Distribución (BPD), apego al sistema de calidad, requerimientos regulatorios, Seguridad, así como de todas las políticas y procesos Novartis y leyes locales.- Facilitar el desarrollo, capacitación y entrenamiento a los asociados de su equipo de trabajo, con el fin de promover y mantener una reserva de talentos.**Commitment to Diversity & Inclusion**:- Novartis is committed to building an outstanding, inclusive work environment and diverse teams representative of the patients and communities we serve._**Minimum requirements**- Ingenieria en Logística, Ingenieria en Transporte, Lic. en Administración, Comercio Internacional y afines (Titulado)- Dominio del inglés (hablado y escrito).- 3 años (minimo) de experiência en la industria farmacéutica en el área de Almacenaje y Distribución.- Dominio en el sistema SAP (Modulo: Sales Distribution)- Certificaciones en Logística y Administración de Almacenes- Supervisión y coordinación de proyectos.- Análisis y Control de presupuestos¿Por qué considerar Novartis?766 millones de vidas fueron tocadas por las medicinas de Novartis en 2021, y aunque estamos orgullosos de esto, sabemos que hay más que podemos hacer para mejorar y extender las vidas de las personas.
