The Team Leader role will involve collaboratively building a vision for the team, mentoring and leading by example. Excellent leadership and communication abilities to motivate the team to meet and exceed performance expectations are required.At Watlow, you will have many opportunities, both formally and informally, to build and maintain the multi-disciplinary knowledge and relationships that you need for a successful and rewarding career. In the role of leading the technician team, you will have the opportunity to enable cross functional collaboration, standardization of methods and tools, and create a long-term vision for individual career pathing.Your Key Responsibilities- Lead and oversee a team of electronic technicians responsible for:- New Product Development Verification and Validation Testing- Production Product Failure repair and analysis- Maintain staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.- Build and standardize working knowledge of the technical skillsets among all team members.- Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and on-the-job-training.- Develop personal growth opportunities for team members.- Assist with prioritizing, organizing, and improving workflowRequired Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in electronics related field, or equivalent experience (5 - 8 years)- Experience with all aspects of technician roles regarding product development testing, test fixture construction and design, electronic measurement, documentation and report writing.- Project Management experience- Computer skills (MS Office, ability to install and run various software programs)**Additional Success Factors**:- Strong verbal and written communication skills- Decision making ability.- Demonstrated ability to work in a team-based environment.- Previous experience with Electronic Development- Previous experience with Production repair triage**Prestaciones**: El plan de compensación total WatlowTu salud, el bienestar y estabilidad financiera tuyos y de tu familia son una prioridad para nosotros.
