DiDi strives to create better life experiences and greater social value, by building a safe, inclusive and sustainable transportation and local services ecosystem for cities of the future.Team Overview:DiDi Rides Business Intelligence team is seeking for an intern to support the decision making, analysis, data, and dashboards development for the LATAM Rides business.This position will work closely with Sr. Analysts to support business operations, delivering data and analysis for internal driver platform teams.This position can also be located in MonterreyRole Responsibilities:- Querying and delivering data for analysis and decision making.- Building and maintaining data products, such as datasets and dashboards, that will help businesses thrive with data-driven decisions.- Unveiling insights from data, and using them for recommendations and actions that will drive business success.- Work closely with BI senior analysts to support the data needs from the business.Role Qualifications:- Coursing or having coursed a degree in STEM (science, technology, engineering, and math) discipline like engineering, economy, actuary, mathematics, computer science, etc.- Can communicate in Spanish and English at a professional level, with people of different areas of expertise.- Knowledge on SQL is highly desirable, but other programming languages like Python, or R are also acceptable.- Have knowledge on tools like Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides and Word/Docs (not required but valuable).- Might have knowledge on advanced technical fields like machine learning, data science, and data engineering (not required but valued).EEO Statement:**You'll love working at DiDi because**- We create customer value - We strive to always create valuable experiences for our users in everything we do.
