Analyzes current production schedules to identify gaps or areas of opportunity. Creates, tracks, and reports on the current production schedules.About the job:- Develops production schedules for manufacturing. Creates schedule according to established manufacturing and customer demands.- Analyzes production specifications, and plant capacity; performs mathematical calculations, determines processes, tools, materials and labor requirements. Recommends changes to ensure production goals are met or can be improved.- Reviews and monitors production changes to ensure that manufacturing goals are met.- Participates on cross-functional teams to understand production needs.- Develops continuous improvement strategies to support business objectives.- Location: Piedras Negras, Coahuila.About you:- Bachelor or university degree.- Two to five years of experience in Master Scheduling.- CV must be sent in English. Interviews will be in English, TOEFL B2.- Knowledge of production planning.- Experience with global manufacturing companies preferred.- Advanced knowledge in MS Office.- Strong analytical skills.- Strong communication skills.- High attention to detail.- Detailed knowledge of integrating production and materials planning.- with the business plan.- Full understanding of modern planning concepts and practices.- Capable of utilizing spreadsheet and ERP-type software in managing the- planning process.Littelfuse strives to empower associate growth and development in a culture of ongoing collaboration and respect for diverse global perspectives and expertise.
