Major Responsibilities and Authorities- Sales and Operations Planning Process owner- Define Supply Chain Strategy- Ensure purchased and machined components availability to support internal and external customer demand- Control/Plan raw material, WIP and FG stocking level- Cycle counting- Negotiation and agreements with internal customers to improve conditions of planning and demand- Calculation and adherence of department's budget- Coaching developing and engaging team members to excel at their roles- Participating in cross-functional projects to review and implement continuous improvement projects across the facilityRequired Education / Experience / Skills:- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Industrial Technology, or Materials (MBA is a plus)- Production Planning/Purchasing. 5+ years- Experience in leading teams (3 to 5 years)- Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma (preferred)- APICS (CPIM, CIRM) certification preferred- Oracle/ERP advanced knowledge- Strong Data Analytical skills, Technical / problem-solving skills.- Solid knowledge in Inventory Management- Resolving conflict, improving efficiencies, continuous improvementTravel:- YesLanguage:- Bilingual English - Spanish 90 %About Regal Rexnord- The Company’s end markets benefit from meaningful secular demand tailwinds, and include factory automation, food & beverage, aerospace, medical, data center, warehouse, alternative energy, residential and commercial buildings, general industrial, construction, metals and mining, and agriculture.
