Your focus will be on supporting and optimizing the manufacturing process through innovation in a cost-effective way.**This position reports to**:Production Manager**Your responsibilities**:- Defining the sequence of the production process in line with material.- Ensuring optimal efficiency in production methods- Identifying and implementing improvements to the manufacturing process in line with cost, safety, and timing requirements.- Investigating new methods, technologies, and process design to meet specifications.- Defining action plans and training relevant maintenance and production resources and personnel to ensure smooth implementation of new processes and a skilled, competent team.- Consulting and working with production operators and supervisors to implement changes on the production line.**Your background**:- A bachelor’s degree in industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic Engineering or related.- 1 year of experience and basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools.- Knowledge of MS Office (intermediate), AutoCAD (basic) and SAP (basic).- Strong focus on safe work practices and dedication to following all relevant workplace safety guidelines.- A collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills.- Basic level of English.**Benefits**:- Life insurance- Medical insurance- Wellbeing program**More about us**:
