**Functions**:Ensure that shipments to customers from 3PL's always met in accordance with procedures.Analyze future transfers of finished products to existing external warehouses and / or search for new options, always seeing customer needs.Establish strategies for continuous improvement in receiving, warehousing and shipping processes at 3PL'SWork in coordination with the logistics department on cost reductions in transporting finished product to external warehouses.Analyze and resolve customer complaints, generate preventive and / or corrective internal and external actions.Develop and implement strategies for Storage and Shipping at external warehouses includingPreserve and control operational costs within the 3PL**Education**:Bachelor Degree, High School, GED or 3 years experience.Shipping and Traffic ManagementKnowledge of import/export regulationsBilingual English/Spanish (Written and Spoken)Experience managing warehousing teams.Experience conducting cycle counts an physical inventories.Knowledge of BPCS (AS400) main Menus**Desirable Requirements**:Understanding of ISO9000 requirementsKnowledge of documentation used by carriersUnderstanding of basic Microsoft programs5's Principles and FIFO management.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $1.00 - $2.00 al mesHorario:- Turno de 8 horasEducación:- Licenciatura terminada (Deseable)Experiência:- almacén: 3 años (Obligatorio)Idioma:- inglés fluido (Obligatorio)
