The plant manager in one of our plants located in the **Saltillo, Mexico** will be responsible for overseeing the activities of the locality in order to meet the business objectives, as well as ensuring that the objectives are achieved in a **cost-effective manner**. It should seek to improve efficiency and **quality, promoting teamwork, training and staff development**. Maximize the use of resources (**raw material, machinery, labor**) of the plant to obtain maximum **productivity and efficiency**. Deliver products of the highest **quality in the time requested by the client.****Your Role**:- Reports, management and information flow, business, business processes and **organizational planning**- Manages and increases the **effectiveness and efficiency** of Support Services (HR, IT and Finance) through improvements in each function.- Plays an important role in long-term planning, including an initiative towards **operational excellence.**- Oversee global** financial management, planning systems and controls.**- Performs the **strategic planning** necessary to meet the expected **financial objectives.**:- **Analyzes the production results and rethinks the strategy to comply with the proposed metrics.**- Verifies that each area complies with the **quality metrics.****Your Background**:- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or relevant field- **5+ years of experience as plant manager**- Proven experience in **Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering and Budgeting.**:- **Advanced English +80%**:- **Willingness to relocate to the Northern states of Mexico.**- Results and details oriented- **Leadership and communication skills**- Data Analysis- **Automotive experience is a must**Aptiv is an equal employment opportunity employer.
