Solution Consultant

The Solution Consultant will design, deliver, and execute business solutions and the activities ofimplementing ARCOS product solutions to new and existing customers. Work directly withcustomers to determine business rules and processes. Assist with completing configurationdocumentation, implementation and train customers to test and prepare for go-live. Ensure thatimplementations of ARCOS product solutions are accomplished within prescribed time framesand standards.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONSThis is intended as an outline of the essential functions of the position. Actual metrics that measure job performanceare set forth in separate performance management documentation.Demonstrate strong knowledge and adherence of the ARCOS Solutions DeliveryFramework within assigned product solution areas.Facilitate demos of assigned product solutions with sales staff to determine customerconfiguration requirements and feasibility for successful implementation.Contribute to pre-sale whiteboard sessions, rough order of magnitude scope documentsand formal scopes of work used to specify required deliverables for a product solutionimplementation project.Development of presentation materials focused on product solutions for key projectimplementation meetings and internal training as assigned.Coordinate and facilitate product solution configuration project related meetings withcustomer stakeholders to include leading and/or co-leading Implementation Workshopsand Configuration Walkthroughs on-site at customer location and remotely.Oversee analysis of requirements and data submitted by customers. Perform analysis ofrequirements and level of “fit” to ARCOS product solutions.matter expert (“SME”) leading all configuration for assigned product solutions and thatare aligned to customer contracted deliverables.Communicate project status to ARCOS project manager, team members, managementand client as deemed necessary.Implement product solution configuration and testing plans based on customerrequirements.Responsible for the User Acceptance Testing requirements (test script creation andcustomer feedback processing) within any given project and product solution delivery.Work directly with customers to establish optimal implementation of operational workflowto enable ease of project plans and manage each phase of projects.Provide excellent customer service and professionalism to ARCOS customers and internaldepartments.Assist with coordination of ARCOS Engineering developers to ensure properconfiguration of ARCOS product solutions and testing team to ensure complete testingof ARCOS product solutions.Accountable for simultaneous, multiple small/medium product solution implementationprojects.Support and influence incremental business opportunities at new and existing customersand/or partners and effectively communicate to Sales and Management.Other duties as assigned.QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS**Individual in this position should have**:**POSITION TITLE**: Solutions Consultant**FLSA STATUS**: Exempt**DEPARTMENT**: Professional Services**REPORTS TO**: Principal Solutions Consultant, or Consulting Services Manager**Effective**: November 11, 2019Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent experience.A minimum of five years’ experience working directly with customers on needs analysisAbility to read, analyze and interpret general business documents, technical proceduresand customer reference materials.Ability to write reports, training materials and procedure manuals.Ability to act as an individual contributor on a customer project, primarily as a productReasoning ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematicalor diagram form and work with abstract and concrete variables.Competency with Salesforce, Office 365, and Jira.Excellent typing skills, strong grammar, and spelling abilities.Attention to detail, and knowledge of basic operational hygiene- Time reporting- Status reporting- Punctuality- Conduct actions with integrity and accountabilityWorking knowledge of UNIX/AIX and SQL.Ability to have 50% travel, including domestic and international. The ability to travel by airis mandatory. Must possess a valid driver’s license.
