**Lead IT Ops Collab and Portal****Position Snapshot**:- Type of Contract: Full Time- Function and Stream: IT - WFC- Type of work: Hybrid- Work Language: Fluent Business English**The role**:The **Lead IT Ops Collab and Portal**will be a technical expert role responsible for architecting, configuring, and supporting SharePoint and Microsoft Teams environments, leveraging deep Core M365 knowledge to enable secure, efficient, and innovative collaboration across Nestlé.**What you’ll do**:As a **Lead IT Ops Collab and Portal**you will:- Lead the advanced configuration, integration, and ongoing support of both SharePoint and Microsoft Teams environments for multiple business units and locations.- Architect and implement solutions that leverage the full capabilities of Core M365, ensuring seamless collaboration and compliance.- Manage permissions, security, storage, and compliance across SharePoint and Teams, including advanced troubleshooting and optimization.- Drive adoption and best practices for SharePoint and Teams, providing expert guidance and support to global users at all levels.- Prepare for and support the integration of Copilot agents, Viva Engage, and future M365 innovations as part of Nestlé’s digital transformation.**We offer you**:We offer more than just a job. Grow professionally in a dynamic and impactful environment, collaborating with business partners worldwide to deliver integrated technology solutions**What will make you a great fit?**- Minimum five years of hands-on experience with both SharePoint and Microsoft Teams, including advanced site and team creation, customization, and administration.- Deep expertise in Core M365 infrastructure, including OneDrive, Teams group management, and security/compliance features.- Advanced experience with Teams administration: policies, app integrations, meeting/conferencing services, and automation.- Ability to manage privileged access (e.g., DMZ account, admin rights) and support complex, multi-tenant environments.- Nice to have: Experience with conferencing services (Teams Meetings, Live Events, etc.). Exposure to AI tools and Copilot agents (can be learned on the job). Knowledge of Viva Engage and other M365 collaboration tools.
