**Resumen de Posición**:CNC Lathe Operator / CNC Machining Center, Horizontal / Vertical Conventional Lathe Operator, Boring Machine Operator, Radial Drill Operator:Machining of components for pumping equipment following the plans, records and established procedures, making dimensional measurements and records during machining, with the goal of delivering components without dimensional errors, own safety and that of co-workers.**Responsabilidades Esenciales**:**CNC Machining**:- Know how to interpret manufacturing drawings (Measuring system, geometric tolerances, dimensional tolerances, finishes, sectional cuts, views, part start, etc.)- Know how to use the following measuring instruments as a minimum: Vernier, height gauge, outside micrometer, inside micrometer, telescoping, dial indicator, depth micrometer, bore gauge, etc. Know how to center and distribute the pieces in the machine to zero (0)- Make the record of all machined dimensions on the plan / dimensional record, sign it and deliver it to quality control together with the part to be inspected- Management of measurements and tolerances in the International System and the English System- Use of PC and management of basic Windows- Make machining programs for the CNC lathe / CNC machining center at the machine- Know G code and be able to make adjustments to machining programs at the machine- Know types of inserts, tool holders, cutting directions, turning speeds, cutting speeds, feeds, part clamping and machining conditions in general. Know how to trace the piece to determine references and starting points**Horizontal / Vertical Conventional Lathe Operator**:- Under the strict monitoring of the Machining process, verify that the raw material provided coincides with that required for the correct machining of the component, as well as trace the part and ensure that the desired machining can be obtained. Any discrepancies should be reported to the supervisor. Properly fill out the machining record (Note values on the machining drawing / Dimensional record on each of the dimensions that are being machined)- Machining the components in the order described in the production plan, taking care of the integrity of itself and that of the parts during the maneuvers. Submit to quality control the drawing / Dimensional record with the real dimensions written down by hand and signed when the equipment is delivered to quality control. Use the measuring instruments correctly to verify the tolerances required in the machining of the components. Evaluate the operations to be carried out and analyze the risks to have safe working hours- Maintain order and cleanliness in your work area at all times. Take care of and be responsible for the assigned tools and/or equipment- Clean, order and store the tools / equipment / instruments used during their working day, leaving a clean work area according to the standard of order and cleanliness- Carry out a security observation per month and report it to the security area. Report your full working time in the EPICOR system through a work order / production order- Keep your machine clean, orderly, lubricated, verified and must report any anomaly to your supervisor.**Boring Machine Operator**:- Know how to center and distribute the pieces in the machine to zero (0)- Know how to trace the piece to determine references and starting points- Make the record of all machined dimensions on the plan / dimensional record, sign it and deliver it to quality control together with the part to be inspected- Management of measurements and tolerances in the International System and the English System- Use of PC and management of basic Windows- Perform centering and leveling of parts on the work table according to the reference indicated in the plans to be able to machine or re-machine components for pumps- Know types of inserts, turning speeds, cutting speeds, advances, clamping of parts and machining conditions in general- Take care at all times of the geometry of the piece and the tolerances of parallelism and perpendicularity**Radial Drill Operator**:- Do not generate NCRs for parts/characteristics and/or dimensions out of specification. Know how to use the following measuring instruments: Vernier, outside micrometer, inside micrometer, telescoping, dial indicator, depth micrometer, bore gauge, etc. Make machining programs for the CNC lathe / CNC machining center at the machine- Take care of the state of the assigned tool / equipment / instruments and those of the area.
