TasksThe employee is allocated to one or more projects as a civil engineer and project leader for North America with special focus on Sustainability.Discuss and develop location and building concepts with internal customers, industrial engineeringCreate building renovation concepts for old buildings due to sustainability and firefighting reasonsGet in contact with authorities and external partners to drive our projectsPreparation of Tender documents, evaluation of supplier quotations, support for contractingProject management onsiteQuality check and acceptance during implement and commissioning.Drive the sustainability ambitions of ContiTech within the region**Qualifications**:- Bachelor or master’s degree in civil engineering or realated- Basic knowledge of financial plans for feasibility study (TCO, IRR)- You must have minimum 5 years’ working experience in a Design Institute or Construction Company- Knowledge of Energy Conservation Standard Practices, Renewable Energy- Knowledge of Mexican local regulatory requirements and standards- Familiar with international engineering and project management.- People management experience- Good skill in MS Office- Autocad or Revit desirable.- Advance English- Willing to travel national and internationalOther RequirementsAccountable for results with proactive attitude.Creative, self-motivated, actively participate in specific initiatives and promote positive company culture.Open-minded and ready for changeAvailable to travel in country and abroad (10% of time)Cooperate and collaborate with team with good teamwork spiritContinuously improveDetail-oriented with good planning and organizing skillProvide high quality solution and work in an efficient and timely mannerAbout usContinental develops pioneering technologies and services for sustainable and connected mobility of people and their goods.
