**JOB DUTIES**- Utilize various methods for lead generation, such as online job boards and social media platforms.- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements.- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on recruitment best practices.- Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.- Gather, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of recruitment efforts.- Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.- Attends and participates in college job fairs and recruiting sessions.- Special projects as requested by Human Resources Director.**REQUIREMENTS**- Proficient in English; Verbal and Written.- 3+ years of experience in recruiting with a proven track record of full-lifecycle. recruiting, experience within agency recruiting is preferred but not required.- Strong knowledge of employment labor laws and regulations.- Experience with applicant tracking systems, such as ADP.- Excellent relationship management skills.- Solid understanding of human resources principles and practices.- Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) software.Pay: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
