Come do work that matters.This HR Generalist provides support in various HR functions including onboarding, offboarding, HRIS administration, benefits administration, and policy administration as a few examples. In order to be considered for the role, please submit your resume in English._**Benefits and Perks**:**How you'll contribute**:- Addresses employee inquiries and provides guidance on HR policies- Facilitates new hire processes and onboarding in our Mexico City office- Maintains HR records and ensures compliance with policies- Assists in managing employee relations and counseling- Coordinates training programs and activities- Manages special projects like team office events, trainings, visitors, and new hires- Will assist with ensuring compliance with local and country posting requirements- Manages reports and recommends improvements based on data analysis- Processes referral bonus payment process, recruiting operation tasks and HR administrative tasks- Conducts staff exit interviews as needed and ensures surveys are completed by exiting team members**Who you are**:- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, preferred- Professional in Human Resources (PHR), SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification preferred- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and Spanish)- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality- Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations- Proficient with Google Suite or related software- Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization's HRIS and talent management systems- Demonstrated ability to work on multiple different internal clients- Demonstrates good judgment; approachable and professional; solid problem-solving skills; ability to handle multiple tasks; self-motivated; well organized**Benefits & Perks**:- Relocation & Sign On Bonuses (If Applicable)- Private Medical via Allianz- Blend Contributions to Mexican Social Security- Prima (Vacation Bonus)- Aguinaldo (Christmas Bonus)- Food Voucher/Meal Allowance ($2,000 pesos/month)- On-Site Parking- 12 weeks Maternity & Paternity Leave- Generous Paid Time Off- 11 Paid National Holidays
