**Accounting and Finance**- El MarquésDirect HireFeb 6, 2025**Job Summary**:**Responsibilities**:- Generate and issue invoices to clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with current tax policies and regulations (CFDI, addenda, correct use of taxes, etc.).- Manage client portals to ensure invoices are uploaded in a timely and efficient manner.- Follow up with internal and external clients regarding billing status, as well as ensure that there is no duplication of invoices and credit notes, as well as the processing of cancelled invoices.- Maintain updated accounts receivable records in the accounting system and in the ERP (NetSuite), ensuring correct assignment to projects and clients.- Track accounts receivable and manage the collection process to ensure timely collection of payments.- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to resolve discrepancies related to invoices and payments.- Perform account reconciliations and collection reports, identifying and analyzing payment patterns.- Collaborate with the Accounting Manager to ensure compliance with applicable accounting and tax policies.- Participate in internal and external audits related to billing and collection processes.**Requirements**:- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related area.- 2 to 4 years of experience in billing and collections, preferably in the service sector.- Advanced knowledge of accounting software tools and ERP management.- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.- Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team.- Knowledge of Mexican tax regulations applicable to billing and collections.**We offer**:- Competitive salary.- Opportunities for professional development and continuous training.- A dynamic and collaborative work environment.- Legal benefits and additional benefits.
