Accounting Administration Associate

We are hiring a **Accounting Administration Associate**who will be managing accounts receivable and performing various related tasks such as processing memos, resolving issues, posting receipts, and compiling financial reports. Additionally, the role will support weekly Accounts Payable payment review.**What You Will Be Doing**:- Accountable to handle the Accounts Receivable for North America- Process credit and debit memos, reconciles accounts and resolve incomplete billings- Research and process disputes or deductions- Review and follow up on unapplied receipts on daily basis- Review and process warranty labor claim as per AMQ guidelines.- Process Credit References- Process billings and reconciliation to intercompany, dealers and customers- Posting and verifying financial data to ensure accuracy of accounting records and preparing financial, statistical and technical reports- Solve and escalate daily issues whenever raised- Maintain and mange Customer Master Database: Setup and update customer master database- Monitors customer credit management system to resolve credit holds- Support accounts payable with weekly payment review (weekly task)**Who You Are**:**Minimum Qualifications**- Degree in Accounting, Finance Administration, Business or related field- Excellent verbal and written English- At least 1 year of experience performing accounts receivable tasks- Proficient in Microsoft Excel**Preferred Qualifications**- SAP knowledge- You are proactive, independent, dynamic, resourceful, diligent and high degree of integrity and commitment to meet deadlines- You have high level of accuracy, integrity, strong interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving skills- Ability to work effectively with people from all levels**Wellbeing Means so Much More than Benefits**: We value our employees' well-being at Steelcase and offer several resources to support their health, work, and personal needs.- Employee Assistance Program, which provides immediate and confidential help 24/7 for any problem related to health, work, or personal life.
