Welcome to Forterra Pest ControlWe are a pest control company based in Dallas, Texas and are growing rapidly. We are looking for a passionate, intelligent team member who can support our customer service team. This role is fully remote (work-from-home).This position is for a customer service representative who will do the following:- Accomplish tasks such as rescheduling customer appointments, manage pest control subscriptions, and ensure payments are collected- Resolve customers' concerns- Work Monday through Friday 8 hours per day and 5 hours on SaturdayMinimum qualifications:- Fluent English (both written and spoken) and Spanish- Stable and high speed internet connection- Quiet place to work- Windows PC and headset that can reliably handle running multiple programs- Ability to learn new computer systems, processes, and- Ability to learn all about pest control- Strong customer service orientationWork Remotely- YesCompensation- Monthly salary, paid every two weeks- Additional compensation paid for sales and customer retentionPay: $17,000.00 - $20,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):- Do you have access to a quiet place to work and a reliable, high speed internet connection?**Language**:- English (required)
