Master’s degree is a plus- Extensive experience in structural engineering- At least 3 years managing a team of engineers or a multidisciplinary team is required- Used to have regional / global interactions with internal and external stakeholders- Spanish and English proficiency are a must- Full domain on MS software (Excel, Power BI, MSProject, Word, Power Point)- Basic knowledge of project management is required- Empathy and ability to work in multicultural environment- Clear oral and written communicator summed to Logical reasoning skill and Story-Telling ability- Can establish a mutual sense of trust and co-operation- Empathy and motivation must be a state of mindWHY SHOULD YOU APPLY?- Let’s face it, we know there are lots of other companies out there.
