We will provide the requisite training and pay for you to become a Supervisor of a group of talented, productive Auto Claims Adjusters**REQUIREMENTS**:- Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support or service.- Demonstrated effective leadership skills.- Demonstrated ability to work independently at a location removed from immediate supervision**.****EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE**:- An Associates or Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent and/or 15 years of professional work experience in customer service or sales.- Previous supervisory experience- Auto claims experience is not required; however, similar work experience is required.**Language Skills**:- Proficient English is required.- Excellent oral and written communication skills a must.- Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, technical journals/procedures, and financial reports and data.
