GDL Connect is looking for a Trainer ManagerGDL Connect is a US company with a Nearshore operation in Guadalajara. Mexico that specializes in the Mortgage, Real Estate, Insurance and other business solutions.The trainer manager takes ownership of residential mortgage loan files after Origination and works to fulfill the requirements to advance them to Closing. This includes obtaining, reviewing, and assembling documentation, along with preparing and submitting files. Works closely with Customers, Loan Officers, and both internal and external partners providing a high level of service in a professional manner.**Functions**:- Train new Loan Officers- Review new files within 48 hours of receipt and verify that compliance documents were issued within proper time frame. Notify the appropriate staff member if additional documentation or information is needed- Maintain a pipeline of 25 or more loan files- Order all necessary documents to satisfy AUS findings, investor and agency requirements- Verify, Review and track all requested documents in Encompass- Review documentation received within 24 hours of receipt and follow up in the event of discrepancies or omitted data. During documentation review, if any discrepancies are identified immediately notify Loan Originator or appropriate team member- Use documentation to perform functions, such as calculating verified income or verifying assets, and update Encompass accordingly.- Review, organize and prepare loan for underwriting submission.- Clear any approval or suspense conditions as outlined by the underwriter, or closer- Ensure that all appropriate closing documentation is in the loan file (i.e. title documentation, homeowners’ insurance & third-party invoices). Documents are to be reviewed within 24 hours of receipt and communicated with Loan Originators- Loans are to be processed to meet purchase contract deadlines and rate lock expiration dates- File submitted to closing department upon obtaining CTC - approval milestone.- Assist other processors, Underwriters and Closing departments as needed.- Respond to customer inquiries and other related parties on a transaction as determined by Loan Originator- Assist with the clearing of post-closing conditions received to avoid any financial loss- Knowledge of current state's regulatory lending laws and requirements.- Experience using Government sites for VA and FHA files to place orders and obtain case numbers- Maintain a focus on enhancing customer service skills and knowledge- Ensure KPI’s are met set forth by the branch manager or corporate processing manager- Maintain quality and data integrity of all loan files- Perform other duties as assigned- Stacking the file according to stacking order for easy Underwriter access to forms- Interact with Brokers and Loan Officers to make sure the file is complete and moved into Underwriting as quickly as possible- Issue compliance package with regulations- Perform new loan set-up on residential mortgage loans (FHA, VA, Conventional, Purchase, Refinance, etc.)- Review and process all new loan files and the required documentation for accuracy and completeness- Review each loan for compliance with all regulatory and investor guidelines as well as company policies and procedures- Review each loans TIL, GFE and Fee work sheet as well as other disclosures to ensure accuracy of date and timeliness of delivering final TIL- Work with Brokers to ensure requested documents are collected in a timely manner, if a condition list is sent- Maintain adequate control of files to ensure fastest turn time from set up to underwriting- Update loan status in Encompass and assign agents accordingly- Enter data as required to run fraud guard**Requirements**:- Bachelor/High school completed or truncated- Excellent handling of 90-100% English Experience as a back office or administrative assistant.- Availability of full shift schedule.- Analytical.- Great communication skills.**We offer**:- Base Salary $20,000-$22,000 after taxes ( Variates on experience).- Attendance Bonus.- Unlimited Coffee.- Grocery voucher- Mon to Fri work schedule**Language**:English (mandatory)****Place of work**: In-person employment.- **WE ONLY ACCEPT RESUME IN ENGLISH.**_Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $20,000.00 - $22,000.00 al mesBeneficios:- Estacionamiento de la empresa- Estacionamiento gratuito- Opción a contrato indefinidoPago complementario:- Bono de productividad- Bono de puntualidadTipo de jornada:- Turno de 8 horasPuede trasladarse/mudarse:- Guadalajara, Jal.: Trasladarse al trabajo sin problemas o planear mudarse antes de comenzar a trabajar (Obligatorio)Idioma:- English (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
