Commercial Finance Manager works focus on short and long-term financial planning and/or financial analysis of business operations for the purpose of measuring and forecasting future business performance.- ** This includes the analysis of internal financial information (e.g., profit loss accounts, financial statements, working capital, costs, prices, expenses, revenues, rats of return, etc.)**:- ** This role will have specific responsibility for providing high quality business partnering to the Regional Business Directors, Category Planning & Development Director, GOPS Director and Sales Directors to ensure strategic goals are well understood, stretching but achievable with actionable plans in place to deliver the strategic goals.**:- ** Also, this role will be the key contact point with FP&A Global team with adequate communication in order to ensure that global team can capture all the key facts of the region to consolidate the numbers and provide the adequate information to organization about LATAM.**:- ** Additionally, is responsible for creating financial tools, which enables the organization to continuously monitoring performance, allowing people to focus on make better decisions.**:- ** Because of the nature of business partnering, the activities of the role will depends on business needs - either driven by the annual commercial calendar (contracting, budgeting, execution) or specific activities (support on strategic accounts and quote).**:- ** This role will provide an opportunity to gain insight and build relationships with the commercial organization and deliver value to the FBS LATAM P&L.**:**Skills and experience**Strong Financial and Accounting knowledgeSolid professional who exercises latitude and independence in assignmentsAbility to work on complex environment and remains focused under ambiguous and complex situations.
