Together, we are embarking on a journey where each and every one of us, individually and collectively, welcomes and celebrates individual differences.**:**This position reports to**:EL Mexico Factory Excellence Leader**Your responsibilities**:- PC Lifecycle Support: Provide hardware and software support including break/fix, imaging, inventory, post build set up, new user set up, and peripheral installation.- Configure and manage MFPs and printing solutions including large MFP devices, Label Printers and small use laser printers.- Ensure Manufacturing Excellence: Supports manufacturing environment, support technologies required for continued business operations including off hours support and on call rotation.- Supports the installation of new IS solutions/services in regards of the required infrastructure, or the changing of existing IS solutions/services. When involved, delivers the appropriate IS solution/service infrastructure in time, in budget and at quality.- People leadership and Development: Provides leadership to temporary work teams, guiding and monitoring task completion, sharing expert knowledge and advice normally without carrying line responsibility.**Your background**:- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems related field preferred.- 2 years of experience in an enterprise End User support role.- Advanced level of English required.- Strong sense of personal accountability regarding decision-making and ability to work alone or with a team.- Experience with Microsoft Office and Support of O365.- Understanding of Networking Topology, Concepts and Server Infrastructure.- Extensive Windows 10 knowledge and support experience.- Experience with manufacturing processes, procedures, and factory IT programs preferred.**More about us**:
