HR Administrator

HR Administrator responsibilities include processing employee data, updating company policies and assisting in the hiring process.- Mexico - Queretaro, MX- Professionals- Full-time**—** Your Benefits **—****:- Buddy program- Flat hierarchies- Internal career development- International environment- Job with purpose- Mobile working- Trusted working hours- Unlimited employment contract**Your skills**:- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field- 2+ years of experience in HR administration or related fields- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ADP**Your Tasks**:- Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, employment history, and compensation data- Experienced in HR reporting and Financial analytics, ADP experience.- Coordinate employee benefits and ensure that all employees are enrolled in the correct plans- Assist with the recruitment and onboarding of new employees- Provide administrative support to the HR team with a variety of tasks, such as scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and creating reports**Qualifications**- 1-2 years of experience in an HR administrative role- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written- Excellent organizational and time management skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Strong attention to detail and accuracy**Be part of us**:Hemmersbach provides IT infrastructure services in more than 190 countries with 50 own subsidiaries.
