DiDi strives to create better life experiences and greater social value, by building a safe, inclusive and sustainable transportation and local services ecosystem for cities of the future.Team Overview:We need an intern for our restaurant marketing team in Mexico capable of and responsible for collaborating with the execution of the initiatives from the Restaurant side of the business. This person should be naturally creative but also be driven by data-facts, trends, and objectives to contribute in the execution of the different campaigns and initiatives in the current and new cities. The area is in charge of creating marketing for our partners and make them grow.Role Responsibilities:- Coordinate with several stakeholders in the Food Business in Mexico for the implementation of different campaigns, initiatives and communications to foster acquisition, engagement, and/or retention of restaurants. Focus will be to manage city key accounts campaigns in Mexico.- Help understand the needs of restaurants and seek for opportunities to increase restaurant satisfaction by implementing surveys from scratch and analyzing restaurant contact reasons.- Data analysis for channel performance, campaign monitoring, result presentations & administrative processes support.Role Qualifications:- Active bachelor's student (Business, Marketing, Communication, Psychology).- Strong communication & presentation skills.- Adequate knowledge of data collection methods (polls, focus groups, surveys etc).- Hands-on and willing to find creative solutions to everyday challenges (Not afraid of asking questions, lead and challenge the status quo).- Fluent in English is a MUST.- Previous experience as a marketing intern or other relevant experience is a PLUS.- Someone who knows how to “Google” or use chatgpt to find for themselves some answers is a PLUS.EEO Statement:**You'll love working at DiDi because**- We create customer value - We strive to always create valuable experiences for our users in everything we do.
