We help each other out by sharing best practices and focusing on winning as a team.**In this role, you will**:- Respond to customer Requests for Quotations (RFQ), Requests for Information (RFI), and Requests for Proposals (RFP) for entities across various geographies, with a focus on the US and MEX regions, including localizing proposal resources.- Study and understand prospects' needs and develop proposal schedules and templates specific to each market.- Ensure compliance with prospects' requirements.- Effectively handle multiple proposals in a high-performance and fast-paced environment.- Use and maintain the RFP knowledge base and ensure content is continuously updated.- Take ownership and responsibility for the entire RFP process for private evaluators.- Debrief with sales teams and use feedback to provide recommendations for process improvements.- On a case-by-case basis, collaborate with other functional teams on side projects.- Champion, role model, and embed Samsara's cultural principles (Focus on Customer Success, Build for the Long Term, Adopt a Growth Mindset, Be Inclusive, Win as a Team) as we scale globally and across new offices.**Minimum requirements for the role**:- English & Spanish fluency (**mandatory requirement**).- A Bachelor's degree (Technical Writing, Business Strategy, English, Communications, Marketing, or related disciplines) **or equivalent work experience.**:- 1-3 years of project management experience.- Strong cross-collaboration skills.- High-level writing skills to author and edit technical content.- Experience with AI tools.- Fluency in other languagesAt Samsara, we welcome everyone regardless of their background.
