The Process Technician will be responsible for the assembly process in an assembly cell from set-up to testing.**Responsibilities**:Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.- Support process mapping and time and motion analysis.- Collaborate in identifying waste and areas for improvement.- Participate in continuous improvement projects (5S, scrap reduction, efficiency improvements).- Document processes, procedures, and instructions.- Prepare reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and track corrective actions.- Support the implementation of Lean tools and monitor results.- Assist in internal training or Kaizen events.**Background & Skills**:Student in the final semesters (6th and above) of Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, or similar.Technical Knowledge:Lean Manufacturing Fundamentals (5S, Kaizen, VSM, SMED, etc.)Basic knowledge of quality tools (Ishikawa, 5 Whys, Pareto, FMEA, etc.)Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint (pivot tables, charts, dashboards)Preferred: Knowledge of Power BI, AutoCAD, or process mapping software.Language: English - advanced**Danfoss - Engineering Tomorrow**:At Danfoss, we are engineering solutions that allow the world to use resources in smarter ways - driving the sustainable transformation of tomorrow.
