Aumentamos nuestra eficiencia con jerarquías planas y caminos cortos para la toma de decisiones.**:**RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Development of optical components and systems (reflectors, lenses, light guides, etc.) according to customer specifications prepared in the CAD system CATIA.- Cooperation with customers and suppliers in terms of optical topics (i.e. clarification of optical requirements and contradictions, presentation of results).- Coordination of the construction of photometric prototypes.- Creation of reports, optical failure analysis and benchmarking.- Creation of test and laboratory protocols.- Optical analysis in the homologation samples mockup process together with all key contributors (optical engineers, prototyping and system developer, etc.).- Photometric Analysis of samples.- Design and tests of Homologation samples.**QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCES (MANDATORY)**:- CATIA & NX- BS related to Physics, Engineering or Mathematics.- 2-3 years work experience- Experience in other companies- Experience in manufacturing- Experience in automotive- Experience in leadership**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**:- Lighting
