El Analista de Infraestructura 2 es un rol de nível intermedio, responsable de ayudar con actividades de administración de red de área local (Local Area Network, LAN)/red de área amplia (Wide Area Network, WAN) y del centro de servicios al personal, incluido el mantenimiento de red, la orientación técnica y la seguridad, en coordinación con el equipo de Infraestructura de Tecnología. El objetivo general es usar conocimiento de tecnología de infraestructura y políticas identificadas para procesar datos, resolver problemas y ejecutar tareas administrativas.**Responsabilidades**:- Diagnosticar y resolver problemas a través del criterio evaluativo, el análisis y la resolución de problemas.- Garantizar la finalización exitosa de cargas de datos y procesamiento de lotes.- Participar en actividades de prueba, incluida la creación y ejecución de guiones de prueba básicos.- Ejecutar la tarea del plan de proyecto.- Participar en actividades de control (riesgo, autoevaluación, continuidad empresarial, auditoría, etc.) y realizar recomendaciones de mejoras.- Evaluar problemas mediante procedimientos existentes o experiências relacionadas/similares; recomendar e implementar soluciones.- Intercambiar ideas e información de manera clara y concisa.**Calificaciones**:- Entre 0 y 2 años de experiência en un rol de Infraestructura de Tecnología.- Capacidad de comunicar conceptos técnicos a una audiencia no técnica.- Capacidad de trabajar con equipos virtuales y personales, y bajo presión o para cumplir una fecha límite.- Eficaces habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita.- Eficaces habilidades de diagnóstico y análisis.**Educación**:- Licenciatura/título universitario o experiência equivalente.La descripción de este puesto proporciona una revisión de alto nível de los tipos de trabajos realizados.
