**Req ID**: We are currently seeking a Lead QA to join our team in CDMX, Ciudad de México (MX-CMX), Mexico (MX)."Responsibilities:- Maintain a Test Plan covering functional and automated testing.- Lead and mentor the QA team, executing the test plan through functional and automated testing.- Track and document defects.- Work with technical and product teams to define acceptance criteria for existing and new functionality, and define automated and manual tests as needed.Basic requirements:- 5+ Years of hands-on experience in software QA testing, both manual and automation testing.- Bachelor’s Degree along with related work experience in software development and quality assurance.- Exposure to various development and testing tools for.NET.- Some knowledge of.NET/C# will be helpful.- Experience with Jira and Confluence.- Experience with SQL databases.- Effective communication and coordination skills and able to work efficiently under pressure.- Highly analytical and a problem-solver.- Bilingual in both English and Spanish is a plus."Language requirement:English & spanish**About NTT DATA Services****_NTT DATA Services is an equal opportunity employer and considers all applicants without regarding to race, color, religion, citizenship, national origin, ancestry, age, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, genetic information, physical or mental disability, veteran or marital status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
